Without doubt a very smooth and professional re-mortgage after attempting to do myself with my own bank and not doing very well!! From the start Denise put me at ease and was very informative based on my situation and was always in contact and keeping me up to date with how the application was going. Kayleigh from the back office team was also always on hand if I had a query and responded in a timely fashion too. From start of application to offer and completion was about a month, much quicker than I expected. I would recommend using Derbymoneyman and will be in touch again when this mortgage deal comes to an end…. all I can say is thank you so much
