Thank you to Wayne and the team at UK Moneyman, Derby. We were first time buyers, both with adverse credit history and one with sporadic income from agency work. I was finding the whole process of applying for mortgages to be quite stressful and overwhelming until Wayne and the team got involved. They broke the process down into manageable, understandable sections and were regularly on the phone explaining what was happening and what we needed to do next. Thanks to their help we were able to secure a regular mortgage with a high street lender, and from application to offer was about a week. A week! Unbelievable work!
